lyrics

I think I’ll be a good dad
Teach ‘em how to tell what’s good or bad
Give ‘em everything I never had
Yeah, I think I’ll be a good dad

Well, I’ll be tough but fair
I’ll help my daughter comb her hair
And I’ll teach ‘em all how to share
Yeah, I’ll try to be tough but fair

‘Cause I got good woman
Yeah I got a good woman
She knows she’s a good woman
And she knows I’m gonna treat her right

And when ya got a good woman. Yeah
You better do the best you can
Yeah, you better do the best you can, man

I’ll keep ‘em on their toes
Telling jokes and makin’ sloppy joes
Even sayin’ “stop pickin’ your nose!”
Yeah, try to keep ‘em all on their toes

I’ll make their momma proud
She might even say it out loud
Hope I never lose one in a crowd
Yeah, try to make their momma proud

‘Cuz all I really want
Is a happy heart
And a home to call my own
And when you’re here with me
That’s all I need
So I’ll never feel alone.
